Excellent service and lovely staff, as always!
Regular cleaning and exam. Was able to take care of concern about rough spot on crown right after my exam. Thank you! It was nice not having to make an extra trip.
The woman that gave me the numbing shot was very rough, not gentle at all. She pinched my lip and didn't apologize. Really didn't care for her and hope I don't have to deal with her again. Everyone else is great!

I was seen very quickly and the staff were all very kind and friendly. Dr. Ross explained everything she was doing and let me know when something might be painful. She heeded my sensitivity to cold and was straight forward with her diagnosis. This was as pleasant as a visit to the dentist can be.
The kindness and helpfullness of the staff was beyond belief!! Being the world's biggest chicken when it comes to dentist type procedures, I was very nervous. But I was treated with such compassionate care that all my fears disappeared. It was truly amazing!!
I was very lucky that Dr. Ross consented to come in on Sunday morning to put my crownback in my mouth. I was going to celebrate one of my great-grandaughter's 1st bday partyin San Carlos and it was very generous of her to come in on a weekend..
