Professional, courteous staff. Daphne is knowledgable, well skilled, and personable.
My only complaint was having to wait 20 minutes. My appt was at 2:00 and after 20 minutes, I went back up to the front counter and asked how much longer if have to wait, cause I had to take time away from work. I was called in immediately after that. Everything else was superb.
I went in for a cleaning and check up. Kathleen did the cleaning and I was very pleased with her approach - excellent work as well as a pleasing chairside manner. She is a real asset to the practice. I saw Dr. Ross for the check up, all clear so it was a good experience.All of the staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to do whatever it takes to make patients comfortable. Thanks to all of you!

One of the things I have always valued about a dental visit is a high quality Hygienist. There seems to be a renewed, and much appreciated, emphasis on this at Sycamore Family Dentistry. The cleaning I had turning this visit was the best I have had in 18 months. Congratulations and keep up the good work.

love this office! punctual with appointments, friendly front office, professional hygienist, thorough dentist. they answer my questions: why, what's that for, didn't we do that last time, what does that machine do, etc.Number one appreciation: gentle fingers! No pain...and those are sharp instruments they are sticking in my mouth!
