I usually have Carol as my hygienist, who is awesome, but she was out so I had Gina. Also awesome! All of the staff is so friendly and I love their goody bags :) Swag at the dentist! As far as dentist visits go, this is top notch.
Excellent customer service - friendly staff greeting you upon your arrival/departure and reminder calls for your visits. Spotless office, which is very high on my list. Gentle and thorough cleanings, and most recently a very positive and informative experience getting fillings (never fun, but I was at ease with all the guidance from Dr. Tijerino). Additionally, my kids use the same dentist and have always had a very positive experience. I highly recommend Sycamore Family Dentistry and Lori Ross Tijerino!
I took my son for his first visit to Sycamore Valley Dentistry this week. The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating as we were transferring from another office. They provided me with helpful information about dental care for my son for which I was appreciative.
The care I was given when I needed a new crown on a very small tooth was outstanding. Dr. Ross provided a clear vision of what was needed and then provided great service, ably assisted by two dental assistants.
I started coming here when I was younger and Dr Kihlstrom was still around and I enjoyed the staff back then. I left to go into the military in 2005 and came home from a deployment on leave and I went to see them again because I didn't trust the army dentists. The cleaning was routine and as I went to pay because I was uninsured, I found out Dr Kihlstrom took care of everything for me! In the years I've been going to them, they've always been very professional and friendly. This emergency appointment was no different. Excellent service and care!
