I bought a house in Laurel Park in Cartersville, our development just finished with just over 80 homes but 32 are in rental. Rentals have long been suspected to destroy long term appreciation of a home or community. Once rentals are allowed, as they are as SD writes the bylaws, it cannot be changed later.
