Brand new home and have several roof leaks. The repair was attempted under the warranty. Leaked has continued and has gotten worse. My house is 18 months old. Should have not have roof leaks. Drywall and recessed lighting is damaged and Smith Douglas is telling me that they will not fix/cover the damages because it is now out of warranty. They told me to call a roofer and submit to my homeowner insurance. Very disappointed.
