Great Hospital Glad they are open Sunday – My foster dog from neuter clinic got a more than botched neuter job . Since he (my sweet foster pup) and I were up all Saturday night because he was in such great pain, I took him here on Sunday morning after I called to see if I needed to bring him in. They SAVED MY BEST FRIENDS LIFE!!! – I don't know wher to start. Happy is our dog and our family. He got into some anti-freeze and we thought we were going to lose him. Thank goodnes for Sycamore Animal Hospital. We could not afford to get the help we needed but thanks to the caring doctors they helped us with the price and saved our loved ones life. WE LOVE SYCAMORE ANIMAL HOSPITAL – WE HAVE BEEN GOING TO SYCAMORE ANIMAL HOSPITAL FOR THE LAST 12 YEARS. WE HAVE 4 DOGS AND 6 CATS. WE BOARD OOUR PETS THERE ALL THE TIME (NOW AT $8 A DAY) AND LOVE THE PLACE. THE HOSPITAL AND THE KENNELS ARE SPOTLESS AND THE STAFF AND DOCTORS ARE GREAT. I THINK OTHER PLACES WRITE BAD THINGS ABOUT THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE THEY CAN'T MATCH THEIR PRICE AND SERVICE! Only care about $$ Do NOT bring your pet here!! – I am absolutely livid with this facility. I borded my bully here for 2 nights NEVER again. I picked her up she reeked of urine & had feces on her backside. I trusted them beciase I have gone here for years & years. When I picked her up, I asked & they also will not let you see where they stay because they say" you would have to walk through the medical area but-you can peek in the window" which I did to a dungeon room of cages with a fan. Vets That Care About Your Pet – Thanks to the warm hearted Vets at Sycamore Animal Hospital my dog Bunky is still with us today!! During the Thanksgiving Holiday my little Yorkie got into the turkey and managed to eat some turkey bones. When we got her to the hospital she was in extereme pain and would require major surgery, because they had to remove the fragmented bones. Worst animal hospital ever. – Was with both my kids and took dog for recheck on hematoma. the front office was rude, the vet was rude. They where nasty to both me and my kids. Charged 500$ for hematoma, then wanted more money for recheck and then was then was told need to spend $400 morebecause the original surgery didn't work. Totally incompetent and rude. I would not send my worst enemy tto this vet. find someone else. check bettter business if you don't believe me
Rude treatment of the elderly at Sycamore Animal Hosptial – This animal hospital is extremely rude. Today, via speaker phone, I heard these people behave in a mean and misleading manner to my elderly mother who was taking her adopted cat in to be neutered. The problem stemmed from the bill which they wanted her to pay up front. If that is their policy that is fine, but they could say so up front and there was no need to treat her in such a manner.
