Sybaris is an exquisite dining experience right here in the Willamette Valley! Fresh, seasonal menu changes every month with creative, mouth watering dishes with a NW twist. Love, love LOVE this restaurant. It is pricey so I don't go often but when I do, it never disappoints. The bar selections are excellent and executed divinely. Love the flavored martinis!

What a phenomenal dinner experience! From the cocktails to the appetizer - the entrée to the dessert, dinner was perfect. Couple that with our amazing server and you couldn't ask for a better night out!
