Sybaris is my favorite restaurant in Albany. Amazing food, atmosphere and staff. You can never go wrong.

Was there just last night and had a lovely time! The strawberry desserts were AMAZING! Matt and Janelle make you feel as if you're home every time you walk in. Love them !

Creative, amazing food. Don't hesitate, just go. You will not regret it. Wait staff is well educated in the food they are serving. Food combinations are complex, comforting, and yet inventive. Great meal.

The finest dining I can recall. Our waiter (the manager) was spot on. Never hovered, very informative, had an excellent knowledge of the menu. The food was exceptional. I WILL be back.
We had never had dinner here until tonight. I must say, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised. Every component of our meal was truly delicious, and our waiter was helpful and prompt. Very impressed, will return again!
