Every visit I’ve had with Dr. Sy has been a great experience his staff is friendly and he is very knowledgeable with any questions I have regarding my health and managing my ADHD I’ve been seeing him for over 10 years now and still get the same amazing service as day one. I definitely recommend Dr. Sy to my family and friends anytime they need help.
My son’s first neurologist(Mimbela from Brownsville)was so horrible that when I took my son to be treated by Dr Sy I was already on the edge but let me tell you that I have had such an AMAZING experience with all of my son’s visits. My son always looks forward to seeing Dr Sy. Dr has always been very professional with me and his staff as well. The wait time at this office has always been very short. I did not mind driving over an hour to be seen at this office. I am very grateful to have found Dr Sy.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Wilson Sy for more than 3 years, and the staff and the Dr. himself have been excellent. The wait time is Awesome. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Sy is an Excellent Dr and is very good on explaining to you the situation. I would recommend Dr. Sy to my family and friends.
My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Sy for many years and I have never had issues with staff and Dr. Sy. Staffs have always been very helpful when needing something from office. Dr. Sy has helped my daughter with her Epilepsy. It was always easy to set up a follow-up appointments. Dr. Sy doesn’t let his patient wait to be seen. I always have good experience in Dr. Sy’s office.
Both Staff & Doc so rude. Not helpful. I would not recommend. Go elsewhere.
DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!! He is VERY disrespectful and won't let you talk. He does NOT explain anything and he does NOT want to be asked ANY questions in regards to your child! He won't answer ANY questions that you may have concerning your child. All he does is increase the dosage of the medication or change it and when you ask WHY or what side effects if anything that medication will have, he gets upset and frustrated with you and just wants to leave. Horrible doctor, don’t go here all he says is right right right. Staff is miserable obviously who wouldn’t be working with a doctor like this!
Don’t go to this neurologist. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. He yelled in my daughters face and made her cry. He told me that he couldn’t diagnose her because of the way she behaved and for me to go back in six months. This place just wants to run tests to get your money. This experience was every mother’s worse nightmare!
