After having them for years and never filing NOT ONE CLAIM we then needed them after hurricane Beryl and they FAILED us. They sent out a third party adjuster who made sure to take clear pictures of the damages (whom assured us the damages will definitely get paid for bc of how severe they were) then they claimed those pictures were no good so they sent out an adjuster from their own office to then say the damages they could cover could only be partially paid out. Basically a scam company, at least from my experience. They were recommended to me as a company that would accept my older roof (it is being replaced) they then charged me half of 9k policy premium (that expensive due to old roof) then dropped me within the first month. They are only refunding me for half of the policy premium I spent, some of it is the coverage for the one month I was insured, $800 is for state fees according to them which I was never informed of. I'd go somewhere else if I were you.
if there has negative star , I would do it! worse insurance company , don't use it !!!
Like the other reviews, I was dropped by this company after they alleged that I did not pay my premium eventhough I did. They pushed the date for cancellation to almost two months out just to keep my money. I canceled the policy prior to the date they stated the policy would be canceled by and they kept all of my premium and downpayment! Do not use this terrible company.
