Recently started quoting with swyftt and their system is very friendly. They also have good rates. What I like the most is that once the policy is bound, they email us and the customer the documents, and any changes or inspections they also notify the agent and the customer. Will continuing using them.
Exceptional service from start to finish. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and demonstrated a high level of expertise in his work. He quickly found my issue and fixed it efficiently without any hassle. I appreciate wholeheartedly not having to go back and forth with an issue and having it corrected quickly.
Underwriting and customer serivce is easy to get ahold of and quick to find the answers. I've never had any issues with straight and to the point infomation as well. PLUS, a lot the same people are always there so they are familiar. :)
Just started to write business with Swyfft, the quoting process is a breeze, binding the policy is very simple, and it looks like they have excellent customer service. I had to process a change of date, and they responded to my request very quickly. I hope to write many more policies in the upcoming months!
