Dr. Swords over charged me for work I had done, argued with me about issues with the work she did that I then had to pay another dentist to fix, refused to see me because my 5 month old was with me, and told me I needed 4 fillings that I did not need. I only wish I had received a second opinion before letting her do the original work, I feel that some of that work may have not been necessary as well. Unfortunately she was originally very friendly and seemed trustworthy so we will never know. I have since learned better.
About as an enjoyable time as you can have at the dentist. Everyone in the office is friendly and they take the time to get to know you. Everyone is very helpful and they take the time to educate you on things that need to be done. They took the time to answer all of my questions.
My experience with this office was outstanding. Dr. Swords and the staff were all very professional and friendly. I appreciate their thoroughness. My family will be transitioning here.
Very caring and courteous. Great staff and Dr Swords is wise beyond her years! But Starbucks delivery would be nice, hahaha. Best dentist in DFW...period!
My experience here was so disappointing! I was very happy the first couple of times I came but their service went down hill after that. They refused to see me because my son was with me and now I have to go to a new dentist to fix the work they did. Poor dental work and not very family oriented for a family dentist.
It is always a stress free. Best dentist I have ever had. They are so kind and considerate. Thanks Swords!
Dr. Swords, Cassidy and Paige make an excellent team. They seem to read each other's minds! Very high quality care, excellent chairside manner.
