We just purchased a 2016 Highlander. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased at Swope. Chuck McIntyre has sold us all four. Chuck is great to deal with and couldn't be nicer. His support does not end with the purchase of a vehicle. He is always there any time you need something or to answer any questions.

Sweet at first. Sour as soon as I left town . Never again will I buy a vehicle out of my home area . Really unprofessional .... first time I have ever been misrepresented by a so called VP .
Purchased a few vehicles from them over the years, yet finding more and more the loss of honesty and integrity in their sales practice. I love the service department at this facility, but after a couple of bad sales and sales attempts, quickly losing respect for a local family-owned business that otherwise was held in good regard.
