The lady in the office is sweet as she can be. That’s the only thing they have going for them. The owner is greedy. It took 70 days to get screwed out of half of our deposit. Even though when we moved in the house was disgusting. Rat poop everywhere. We couldn’t even run the ac’s because of black mold. They told us it was a $500 dollar cleaning fee. They kept my deposit and rent even though I couldn’t live there, terrible management, RUN ASAP I wish I had seen the other reviews earlier. I signed a lease, but the unit was not even livable when I arrived: broken lock, wrong keys, severe roach infestation, and unsanitary conditions. I never moved in properly and had to stay elsewhere for safety reasons. Despite this, they refused to refund the rent or my security deposit. I’ve emailed, texted… still no response. Totally false ad on Zillow. The place was filthy and full of bugs. My friend rented a unit here and it was a nightmare. When she tried to get help with the issues, the staff (Tanner Dolan / TJ) was super rude and even hung up on her. They completely ignored her messages and refused to do anything. Definitely avoid renting from this place.
