Slum lords. Rent out crappy houses already completely filthy…. Then sent you a $600 bill for maid service to come out of your deposit they owe you. They did not hire anyone to clean. They take advantage of woman tenants I guess thinking they can get away with it. Complete slum lords …. Run away from this company.
False advertising of house images on the app. Then I only received 1/2 of my deposit back cause it was off the market for a week not a month.
Swoope Real Estate has been a pleasure to rent from. The apartment I am renting is fairly priced and clean. Tanner and TJ have been professional and easy to work with, and all maintenance issues have been addressed promptly. No complaints—highly recommend.
I tried calling and every time they answer and hang up. They've also rejected my call. I don't know why I was recommended to call them.
