To summarize my experience: for three consecutive leasing periods, I explicitly instructed my Swoope management team not to re-sign my tenant because she was more than $10,000 behind on rent. Since they have taken over Landmark I've seen a major difference with the property complex I'm renting from. They make sure they come when something needs to be fixed they don't argue about it. But the only thing is being perplexed about going up on the rent when people is trying to make ends meet with Water and Light Department and providing for their family. Why try to tear out of ppl pockets when the property needs remodeling its old. Everything is tearing up piece by piece in my apartment.

Worst management EVER!! Property not worth the price!! As soon as my lease up. I’m getting out of this MESS!! Anything that needs fixing, they never show up or they be too slow to fix things!! I have to keep calling until somebody comes out here. Didn’t have this problem until swoope bought us out!! Believe the comments!!! Do NOT RENT FROM THEM!!
