My friends and I recently did the Level 1 class as a part of a girls weekend. It was a great workout and an absolute blast!
It was a ton of fun and a great workout. My only issue is that I didn’t realize that I pulled a muscle in my neck and am still experiencing pain from that class. I’m assuming this was user error on my part.
INCREDIBLE CLASS - not only was it FUN, but it also kicked out butts! My best friend and I attended - we will definitely be back !!
Seriously the most fun I have had with a work out! Jerelyn is the best instructor/owner! The time went by so quickly. I am 60 and was a bit timid. Jerelyn was very kind and kept an eye on me the whole time. After class I felt I had accomplished so much. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to fully participate and I was able to do everthing!
i LOVEEEEEE swoop! jerelynn is GREAT! i love me some jessica too :) (when it comes to body sculpting, as an additional feature) the classes are small and welcoming. i look forward to seeing my regular people! i can’t recommend it enough<333
