The class was a lot of fun and the instructor was very thorough and made sure everyone was safe and doing ok throughout the class. I would definitely do it again! It was a workout for sure- a lot harder than it looks.

Fantastic experience and a great core workout. Safety and comfort were always top of mind for our instructor. Every member of the class was given attention to be able to learn and perform with the bungee attachment. Highly recommend!
