I cannot recommend Swoon Salon and Melissa more!! Melissa helped me out after I used Kristen Ess chocolate cosmo hair gloss and it came out almost blackish/red on my previous bronde hair. Melissa is one of the best stylists I have worked with. She was supposed to get off at 4, but was determined to not let me leave hating my hair or upset, and she did just that. I went to Lacey Monti a while back and she’s helped me with my hair through its different phases during my time in Austin. She’s recommended me good products, she’s great with communication, and when my hair was in bit too much of a shag she was understanding on how to cut my hair to give the ends more weight. Malinda did a great job fixing my previous color and bleaching my roots. I recently switched to Swoon salon because the salon I had been going to wasn’t able to give me a uniform blonde shade. Also, I was pleasantly surprised at how painless it was. My previous experiences burned like hell so I assumed that level of pain was normal for bleach blonde hair coloring. Thanks!
