I was so impressed in the way this office is ran.Every staff working was very helpful,friendly,&professional.Never made me feel as if I was bothering them with all my questions being my first visit.The Doctor I saw and the Doctor that my husband saw was very professional showing us they was there to help us,making sure we was understanding everything they was telling us.We both are very impressed with SWLA STAff ,I look forward to my next visit now.
Excellent service from start to finish, beginning with the front desk staff and extending to the doctors.
They literally never answer the phones. I’m not being dramatic they NEVER answer the phones, it’s unprofessional. You can pick up the phone and at least tell me to hold.
