Made an appointment 2 weeks ago and was not told I needed to remove my piercing before hand. I’ve been to dentist before that had no problem with my piercing. As I walked in the back I was rudely told to take it out and I told them I wasn’t aware I had to take it out and one tech or whatever she was told me there was BIG sign outside in the waiting room that said no piercing. Dr. Butler is one of the best. She was always personable, listened to my concerns, made sure I was always comfortable, very patient and professional. I hate that I moved from Lafayette because she was definitely the BEST Dr that I was seeing.
Very non hospitable and non compassionate with their patients. Talking about and laughing at their patients. Very unprofessional....
