Was told by the owner that the lifeline cell phone is no longer available in Colorado. Checked this online, and found this to be un-true. Apparently the owner thinks it is ok to discriminate, against others perceived differences if they are in conflict with his (errant) belief system. And this is a government run program! We Will be filing civil charges!
The same guy is always there, he always remembers me and knows his stuff. Whenever I have asked for help, he has been on top of it. He has always picked up his phone, which is helpful. Very honest about the pros and cons of the services he offers, any small annoyances with my very inexpensive service did not come as a surprise. Pretty tight dude very helpful. Has plans you don't really see elsewhere. Also next to bomb Quijotes.
Called about buying a phone at 2 pm person acted like they were asleep or on drugs..... trying to drag information outa him is like trying to drag a dead elephant uphill. Has no right being in the customer service business.
