Swiss America has been my first experience with working with this type of company or even purchasing gold or silver at all. I made several phone calls and asked many questions repeatedly in order to gain understanding of not only the items themselves but the history and comparison involved. Swiss America may be a great company with good prices, products, etc. But I had a bad experience with their rep Earl B****. When I called for specific info, he seemed angry and started berating me and said he had been calling several times without an answer. First, we have been on vacation, and away. Second, we get so many scam calls daily that we usually just delete calls that we are not expecting. Third, their website is difficult to use. I am a very happy customer. My package arrived and i gave my mom the honor of looking at it first. She immediately recognized the value of the coins i was sent. Randy and Linda did everything they said they would do. My loyalties are to them for future business. I dealt with Randy mainly, but i found out that Linda and Randy work as a team; kind of like a well oiled machine. Randy and I have quite the relationship. I have been doing business with the folks at.Swiss America for quite a few years now with both a precious metals IRA and with personally held purchases. The brokers have always been very helpful and it is obvious they truly care about their clients. My experience has been very favorable.

I gave this a 4-star rather than a 5 not because of anything related to my Swiss-America broker(s), but because I invested with Swiss-America at a time when stocks then began soaring and my silver/gold investment sat still or dipped south. That being said, my brokers, Steve and Gary have been attentive to my account with confidence, not churning it or pressuring me, while keeping me informed of U.S. and world news that should affect my investments positively. A total scam!!! Do not be fooled. If there is a zero star I would use a zero. There is NO value to buy gold from them or anybody. We lost ALOT of money. We thought it was a good investment but we were mistaken. Please do not make the same mistake we did.
