When selling my coins back to Swiss America I dealt with Darrell Flanders as the broker. I was told he was doing Mr Heskin a favor by 'helping me' sell my coins back, but he was condescending and rude. Although my coins were received by Swiss America at 11 am on a Tuesday, I was never notified by Darrell (although I had communicated and he had responded to me via email to expect them on Tuesday morning), when I spoke to Darrell Flanders on Wednesday at 3:15 Arizona time, he said it was unlikely that they could get my check o... read more

I have had made several purchases from Brian C*******. He is wonderful to deal with. He explains things very patiently (and more than once if a blond needs it), accepts my financial limits and finds coins that are within that limit, is considerate about time for calls, and faithfully calls back to be sure that what is ordered arrives safely and meets expectations.
