My Father has been doing business with Tom for many years and trusts him completely. When it came time to start investing, He was the first one I called. He took the time to answer all of my novice questions very patiently and made it easy to understand. As a first time gold buyer, Tom R******** was very knowledgeable and most helpful. During the shipment process Tom called me at least once a day to update me about the tracking of my package. When it arrived safely, he called that same day to make sure it was received ok, and that I was satisfied. And indeed I was. I will not disparage Swiss America in any way. I will only state the facts. I bought from Swiss America with a IRA of both gold and silver. I think the precious metals business is more complex then it might appear. My experience was limited but I did have some not so good transactions previous to Swiss America. Reading about Swiss America length of years in business and mostly good reviews drew me to them.
