Thought I found a good doctor but after 3 years under his care, his office manager discharged me out of the practice because I questioned a bill that showed up 9 months after the service was provided. I paid said bill & when I went to make a new appointment for a serious matter, I was told I had been discharged & could not make an appointment. I went to doctor Swisher and I had several issues that I needed to have resolved and my issues have been resolved . He is very awesome he spends time and listens to you and explains things thoroughly and he's just a really pleasant laid-back kind of guy. I love doctor Swisher!
The nurses there are so rude and unprofessional. I loved the NP Christa but since she’s been gone the whole practice has been trash. I am looking into filing a law suit against them as well, I do not recommend

Nice personable doctor and staff. He is very direct and has always had a good plan for me. I get treated fairly and have had no issues. I’ve been going here for 5 years now and am happy I have finally found a practice that works for me! A few of my friends now go to this practice since I’ve told them about the care I’ve received! I will be recommending more of my friends to go there!
Dr. Swisher is a great doctor!! They always treat each Patient as Priority!!
Saw the NP today, and both of the NPs I have seen today and in the past have been wonderful and personable by the way. However, the NP this morning left the room to ask the Dr to come look at me and he told her that what she was looking at was probably what she thought, and he didn't come in to see me. Now I heard him talking and he wasn't with another patient. She just wanted a second set of eyes, and he didn't support her. I'm disappointed in the Dr.
After being a patient of Dr. Swisher for several years, I refuse to remain under his care. His staff especially the secretaries are very rude and that is the last thing you need when hurting. His referral process is outdated in which there were several times my family could not get the care needed because of his outdated methods. Lastly, his billing process is a joke. I received bills for care a year after the event and they were wrong every time. This practice is a joke!
Dr. Swisher is a great doctor and really friendly. I liked him a lot! Seemed like he truly cared and personable. His staff is horrible though and very rude and unprofessional. Kind of like the type that just got by school with a "passing grade" and grew up in bad neighborhood. They didn't care for anyone but themselves and didn't care how they treated you.
