I always have a pleasant experience at Swish Dental - Brodie! Everyone in the office is always welcoming and professional! Dr. Clay is very knowledgeable and personable. He always answer my questions and have the most amazing dental hygienists! The fun music and the ability to watch shows while getting a cleaning makes the time fly by. Overall dental appointment was fine. However surprised to learn that Swish is not "in network" for Cigna Dental Insurance from my employer. The larger bill is a surprise after the cleaning was done. They were in network in 2024 so I'm not sure why they decided to drop from my network in 2025. This led to a surprise bill I hadn't expected while I am also paying the insurance company for coverage I don't use. I had high hopes for Swish Dental, but after three visits, I’m unfortunately moving on. Months after my last appointment, I received an unexpected $220 bill. When I called for clarification, I was told the doctor added a filling or extra services, which is why I was charged more. I had insurance through my employer, which was supposed to cover everything, so this lack of communication was frustrating.
