My appointment was at 4 pm. They were running 30 minutes late and didn’t bother to mention anything. It’s frustrating when you watch everyone that arrived after you get called back. Its a lot of work to get time off for a follow up. They could at least send text …they did that when they wanted my money.

I don’t want leave a bad review because I’ve only heard fantastic things about your office but…. I was on hold for 12 minutes to schedule a new patient appointment and eventually hung up. I have a feeling that you are either closed, in a meeting or at lunch, and if that’s the case, please make sure you have a voicemail set up so people can leave a message and don’t sit on hold waiting for someone to answer. History of melanoma unable to get appointments in timely manner with usual provider. Appointment was fast & easy. Extremely pleased with knowledgeable and delightful Jennifer Walker, PA. Would definitely recommend.
