I've been seeing Dr. Brummer for a couple of years. This is a great dermatology office and I've recommended it to several of my friends, who are also now happy patients. The staff is friendly and responsive, Dr. Brummer is excellent, and the location is convenient for me. I highly recommend this office.

Very disappointing experience with Woseth Dermatology. My wife was seen on March 12, 2026 for a lip condition caused by a dental anesthesia incident (burning and dryness). She was prescribed a large 60g ointment with two refills, even though she was only supposed to use it for two weeks. It cost about $85, which already felt excessive. At the follow-up visit, we brought this up and were told we should have called the office for an alternative. So we did exactly that. I genuinely appreciate the medical staff here. Unfortunately, the business office appears to be deeply dysfunctional. Last week I received a bill in the mail for $25. The bill itself had handwritten notes and yellow highlighter all over it explaining how to pay it online. None of those instructions worked. The account, invoice, and statement numbers did not match anything recognized by the payment portal. I called the office and was transferred to billing. I explained the problem. Shane has been amazing to work with. His staff is always friendly but overall it’s just really nice feeling seen/heard, especially with issues that cause insecurities with physical appearance.
