I've never met a doctor's office staff that was perfect, but Dr Swinyard and Chad make up for it. Worth the drive from Idaho.
His staff is the worst I have ever met. It takes at least 10 phone calls to get a refill between my pharmacy and them, the billing staff has billed me instead of my son even when I pointed it out. They did it again while I was on the phone. I am trying to switch Drs, but I can't because the other Dr wants to see medical records. I sent my signed request a month ago and they still haven't sent them over. Dr. Swinyard and his staff are amazing. They have given my son the best care possible. We love Dr. Swinyard!!
Dr. Swinyard has been my diabetes doctor for awhile now, and I think he is the greatest! He is always so positive with his patients. I never feel worried going in to see him.
Instead of helping a family find ways to get a child's A1C down, he called DCFS. The father did everything the court required to get his children back. Including making many changes in the way he cared for his diabetic child. A1C went down to a good level. At the court hearing to get his children back, Dr Swinyard recommended giving all but the diabetic child back to the father.
