My family bought a spa from swimrite about 4 years ago, and we couldn't have had a better experience then and still to this day. Swimrite provided us with useful information about multiple different spas before we made a decision. The staff at Swimrite is very friendly and helpful, as they assist you to what you need and are looking for. Along with valuable information about the product so you know and understand what you are getting.
I only have great things to say about Swimrite. The staff is always very helpful and I have never had a negative experience with them. We have had our hot tub from Swimrite for some time now, and recently we had a problem that we caused. The service guys worked hard to get the problem fixed in a very timely matter. They obviously cared about the work they were doing and appreciated their help.
Overall it's an awesome place, where do I begin. Swimrite is a great place to purchase hot tubs, pools, patio furniture, grills, etc. I absolutely love the store, and the different events they have. My favorite is Rib Fest coming up on may 9th. They have multiple grilling demos and many grilling contestants from people who have grilled all there life, to people who have never grilled on a Big Green Egg before. Recently acquired a used hot tub from Swimrite of Eau Claire. The hot tub was delivered and I installed it myself. In doing so I noticed there was no filter and below the hot tub there was an awful smell of rotting carcass, I assume dead mice. I went to the store to see if there was anything they could do...they gave me a filter, which was nice, however, they said too bad about the rotten decay smell.
