Their customer service is exceptional! The entire staff is extremely friendly, timely, helpful and knowledgeable. Swimrite is the only place I would recommend to purchase a pool, hot tub, grill, fun activities, or any other items.
Amazing people to work with. We have worked with Swimrite in the past for our pool services and now we just bought a Marquis Hot Tub which was delivered yesterday. The delivery team arrived 10 minutes early and they were so courteous. They even came back to walk us through the startup since our electrician was running behind. I would highly recommend Swimrite to anyone looking for a pool or hot tub. Thank you

about two weeks ago I had a service from this company , a hole patch , next morning I noticed my pool is still licking , I called them back , a guy promised me to come back next morning , after this they disappeared , I tried to call them a hundred times , no answer . I am not recommend this company.
