We intended to purchase a 24' round above ground pool. Because of COVID and the shortage in some products, we made our selection from available products and purchased a 30 ft round, above ground swimming pool and it's components. The sales person, Cade did a great job and called their warehouse to confirm what was there and we made our selection based on what was available. RecommendedI am a novice pool owner. The staff helped me get everything I needed for my pool and was super nice.
I want to say a big thank you to the wonderful staff their help got me back on track with my pool. Superior service at a great price highly recommended them.
Went to get water tested on 7/3. Sign on the door said mask required. Decided to play the game and called them to let them know I wasn’t coming in due to their sign. They said they would send someone out to collect. I left 23 minutes later after nobody came out. I now regret buying a pool from them and the other supplies over the years.

I'm sorry you don't agree with what the Governor said. We are going by the rules. I sure you there is No Game being played. I am also sorry that we were also busy and yes we forgot. We are after all human. We had several customers that even came to the door for us to get their water tested that didn't have mask. You could have easily just came up there or even called us back. We are also on a limited crew. There are several different ways that this could have been handle on both part. We are truly sorry. Have a bless day.
Seth and Candida are very helpful. They were able to help my family purchase and install a pool within a week and a half. The installation was fast and professional as well. Thank you Andres! They also help you with testing your water, purchasing and using chemicals to keep your pool clean and beautiful. I will definitely be a returning customer.
They guys are great! Love the pool! The water testing service is really what makes this place great. Bought the pool in 2019, brought the water to be tested 2-3 times a week through summer, always had perfect water. Closed the pool in October, I’ve check the water twice and it has remained clear. I would definitely recommend!
We had a mustard algae problem recently and I wish that I had taken a before photo but this after photo is 24 hours after the treatment prescribed by this store. This isn’t the first time they have helped us, their customer service is fabulous. Haley especially was so nice over the phone and in person. I highly recommend them for any of your pool or spa needs!!!
Have been using this business for 5 years for chemical..water testing on my Intex pool...ordered my new pool yesterday!! Shout out to Seth for all your counter service!! I'm so excited!
I bought pool last year my pump froze they have supposed to get me the part for a month and still nothing sold me 100$ dollars worth of chemicals still can't use it
