Going back 4th time 5/22/2020, enjoyed wagon ride and the information you need to know about the settlement there, always buy horse supplies and my belts while visiting.

They have really fixed up the campground area since we were last here 15+ years ago. That with Tennessee State Parks using reservation system, great improvements.

Very interesting to visit. Well posted with informational signage. The visit took about an hour to see it all. Glad I visited.
We love to camp there its close to home and we meet great people. I was there as a youngster and many changes have taken place. We love that our dog can play in the water and we can hike. The only bad thing is the WIFI is horrible we cant get anything on it.
I loved our stay there.. an our wedding on the deck was beautiful...
