We actually had reservations with a different company for the tour and after a bad storm came through the night before and concerns of the wind speed the day after they canceled our tour. Every time ive gone out with Captain Tracy i have had a blast my family and myself she is so amazing !
Even though it was a tough day and we didnt get to swim with manatees due to rain and tons of boaters, yall were great and offered a lifetime raincheck! Truly means a lot to us to know that we can bring our kiddos back to swim with manatees!

Thank you, yes the rain check is good for a lifetime, just make sure to remember your tour date and time for your next reservation. It's wildlife, and there is never a guarantee but we are the only company that care enuff to offer such a policy.
