I had the most amazing and life changing experience on this trip. I went with 4 other people (friends and boyfriend). We went nice and early and ended up swimming with up to 15 manatees. captain gene is super passionate about the guest's experience, but also about educating when it comes to these gentle giants. we took his boat for about 20 minutes to the location. on the way we saw a lot of wildlife and "monkey island" and Gene told us stories and education about everything. Went at 8am on 10/18 Captain Greig was excellent! We did have the boat to ourselves so got the chance to chat a bit more then normal. Nice tour of the sights and he was very knowledgeable about local wildlife. We would recommend this to anyone and while we did get very lucky with the amount of manatees we saw (even a baby!) it would still have been fun seeing less. Good job!
