STAY AWAY! They won't stand behind their work. **** has been dodging me for over a year after his concrete coping job started crumbling into my pool. He offered me $1k and the forms to have someone else fix his job, but then completely ghosted me when I tried to collect. Disappeared.

<p>The customer was given the option of either waiting until we had an opportunity to return to do the repair or if that wasn't acceptable he could find somebody locally to do the work and I would give $1000.00 towards that bill and the special forms needed to match the edge. </p><p>To say We ghosted him is a bit of a stretch sine we have been communicating via text and email. I will concede that has taken a long while but he has had complete use of the pool. It is a visual item not a health and safety issue. </p>
