GREAT food and AMAZING service!!! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to eat in Charleston.
The BEST BBQ EVER! The brisket melts in your mouth, the smoked wings are additive and the desserts (I always have it take it home for later) are homemade deliciousness! Literally teared up when I first tasted the brisket its that amazing!
Friendly staff. I got the 1/2 rack of ribs, collards, and mac-n-cheese. Also ordered the fried pickles (which I wasn't 100% into; I still prefer then sliced thin) which the batter was very nice and seasoned well. I liked the ribs, especially because it waan't drowned in BBQ sauce (dry rub). I had the option to add my own sauce (didn't try any though, I have to be careful with my allergies and do not know what the 4 sauces were made of, however my mother loved the sweet one). Best BBQ I ever had.The smoke was just right and the jalapeño BBQ sauce and the Mustard BBQ sauces were excellent. Swig & Swine was may favorite of all the places we visited in Charleston..
