My car is so dirty, and If it ever stops raining, I'll be having a date with my favorite car wash.
Awful. My first time coming to this car wash since it’s close to home. I got the $20 “manager special”. When I pulled in, there’s was a gentleman with a hose wetting my car prior to entering the machine wash. Kinda odd but I didn’t think much of it. Came out of the machine wash and hardly any dirt had been removed! Complete waste of money and I still have a dirty car. So disappointed. 👎🏻
Scott surely knows how to lose a customer. I have been coming to this car wash for years. Last night I took my van through the wash and the unit didn't fully clean it. I pulled back around to get a rewash, I have done this a few times over the years, and Scott denied me. His reasoning was that I didn't pay enough. His exact words were, "if you had a got a $20 wash, I would let you back through, but a basic is not enough money". That is piss poor customer service. I paid $10 for the Shine N Protect, my car was washed but it did not wash my tires. I noticed this when I got home. I tried calling and all I got was a voicemail.
I bought my first car a week ago. I spent weeks searching for just the right 2013 Honda Civic without body damage and no past of damage. I finally settled on one without a scratch on it. I went to go get it washed for the first time last night after looking for 2 days online for the best inexpensive, quick wash. I settled on Swifty because I couldn't find a single negative review.
