Connor Kavert was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and professional! I had a shower that was thermal cycling between hot and cold, and I believed it was due to a bad tankless heater. However, Connor suspected that my shower head was clogged, and he was correct! His troubleshooting and resolution definitely gave me peace of mind, and I didn’t have to spend a ton of money of a heater repair!

Swift water heater is terrible. Sent an incompetent tech to my house to inspect a leak from drain and told me plastic drain isn't fixable and quoted me a new water heater for more than 2k. Good thing I didn't fell into the trap, called someone else and leak was fixed by putting brass drain.
