I am a property manager in Newport Beach with 60 homes under management and after having my personal water heater go out on a Sunday,I called Swift Water Heater for help. I spoke with Jay and after a few questions I had a very competitive out the door quote and schedule appointment the next day. They were professional, clean and fast. Swift Water Heater will be my first call for all the homes that I managed that have issues with their water heater.

So happy I had my lawn drains checked especially with El Nio coming very soon. I want that water away from the foundation and not sitting in my flower beds. The camera shot of the roots in the drain was a big warning and the peace of mind that I did everything I could to keep water away from foundation will be worth it. Barbara

I ordered a new water heater and Zach said that the one I had was in great shape and he flushed the tank and I should be good for another 8 to 10 years. It’s great to deal with a reputable company and I would recommend them totally!
