I personally have worked with Swift results several times over the past 9 years and only seem them do exactly what they say they are going to do every time. The process of being a professional landlord/ Realestate investment company is very challenging and to have a company that goes the extra mile to make sure they do great business is very rare. I can honestly say the the team and Swift results does a great job, they are more than fair, honest and reliable.

If i could give no star's I would. This company thinks that they can misplace people on false pretenses without gathering facts. They are inconsiderate of people's circumstances and time or the housing industry in time to find new place to go.

Our company was hired to step in as property manger to facilitate the sale of the property. Rent had not been paid in 14 months. We did not have any working phone numbers for either tenant. August 23rd we posted a 10 day notice to pay rent with all our company contact information.
