Michael Jake and his group are excellent! In the years I've known Mike he continues to help people find numerous ways to sell their homes quickly and fairly. I have known and worked with this company since 2006. Mike and Lori are among the most honest folks I've met in my 18 years in real estate. In fact, this is what drew me to them in the 1st place, after dealing with some less scrupulous and/or competent player. Their integrity is unmatched. I have seen them walk away from deals at their loss so they could do the right thing for the other party, in situations where they had done nothing wrong. I've been working with Swift Results for several years. They have been very responsive and treat me fairly. When I need help, even if they can't take care of my request, they always give me other options and suggestions. On Friday I visited with Nancy and she always makes me feel like she really cares about me and takes the time to talk to me. I sure don't feel with other people I do business very often. They are professional and fair in my dealings and I'd like to make sure to recommend them to others.
