More like swift desolation. Within two days a pipe they were working on burst. I had moved out as they had told me to, so it flooded my entire home over the weekend. It was discovered by my neighbor when their home started flooding too. Every inch of my house was flooded and damaged. It became truly unlivable. Swifts immediate response was to blame me and try to get me to pay for it. I brought in a 3rd party plumber who said "It's 1,000% their fault". Scott was a breathe of fresh air. He listen to the issues that had arisen surrounding my tankless water heater and sewer line. Assessed the mold and all condensation lines. Gave me a few pointers to resolve the few problems I was encountering. Wonderful experience. Thank You
