Great service, Had a hot water heater installed. My previous one was leaking. Very professional and courteous. Showed up on time and I will definitely be using and recommending them again in the future.

Terrible company. Had my water heater go out on a Saturday. They did come and help me out right away. Spent almost $1000. Learned on Monday they did not file for a permit. They got around to that but water heater went out less than two months. They sent a team out right away but told me if it wasn't the water heater I would be charged. They had me sign a blank work order before they would even look at the water heater. The tech opened up the panels messed around and I had hot water again. Then gave me a bill for $124!!!!. Needed a leak looked at ... they failed to mention it would cost $125 just to have them come out to look. Make sure you know that because they won't tell you
They said that they would call before arrival and would be here at 9:00am. Not only did I not get that call after waiting on them all morning, they show up unannounced at 3:00pm. Tried to charge me $200 to replace a simple ice maker spigot. Unbelievable!!! You don't deserve the one star.
