Nice guys but lousy work. My Husky chainsaw still does not run after new carb kit install failed then brand new (expensive) carburetor installed. I took it back in half a dozen times invested well over its $200 value, will not stay running. Meantime I took in my string trimmer, diagnosis was $80 for new diaphragm... didn't work of course, so we started right back in to the same routine as the saw, I pay to fix, I call to pick up, I get told it will need a new carb... They told ne 3 month wait...
They took in my mower in early June. Repeated calls and texts were unanswered. I will have to file a civil suit for the loss of my mower. Other customers are having a similar experience. I was once told the owner was in the hospital and that only he had the key to unlock. It seems that no one knows how the reopen the shop for customers to retrieve their lawn equipment. Very poor business peactices.
Ask him to service my mower. I called multiple multiple times they wouldn’t call me back. He said that he thought that I was a telemarketer. Haha. I stopped in and a few times and the owner was never there. Six weeks later I finally caught him and he had given half the parts to my mower away. Never trust this shop.
Wanted to support this local business. Dropped off generator for carburetor repair. $35 cash required up front. Stopped by at least 12 times to check the status over FOUR MONTHS. Each visit was told need part, still working on, etc. and that they'd call me in next couple days when ready. Finally picked up after 4 months, asked to see the generator run before putting it in my truck...it revved so high thought it was going to explode...NOT FIXED. No charge (obviously), but kept my $35.
