As a single mom I dread auto mechanic 'stuff' and being taken advantage of... I didn't feel taken advantage of here and there were 2 other single women getting their cars repaired on the day I was there. My first time here a week ago and I was welcomed with the friendliest greeting, The staff, from the front desk to the garage, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Been here 3 times from Wayne, NJ service was great and manager was very friendly, I felt that they take great care of my car. I went to another Mechanic shop with a Check Engine light,he tried to charge me $450.00 to fix the problem. I went to Swift Lube they charged me $120.00 and the Check Engine light has been of for over 4 months now.
Very impreesed with the service, just moved to Jersey from Florida I can honestly say I found my Oil Change shop.
Extremely dissatisfied.... DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! THEY ARE WHAT YOU CALL YOUR BASIC BAIT N SWITCH!!!! YOU BRING YOUR CAR IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND THEY TRY TO TELL YOU, YOU HAVE SOMETHING ELSE WRONG W/ YOUR CAR. ON 3 SEPERATE OCCASSIONS THEY TRIED TO TRICK ME BY TAMPERING W/ MY ENGINE. EXAMPLE: HE TRIED RUBBING OIL ON THE BOTTOM OF MY ENGINE & TRIED TO TELL ME I HAD AN OIL LEAK. HE ALSO LOOSENED MY BRAKE BULBS & TRIED TO TELL ME I NEEDED NEW BULBS....
