This company does not answer phone calls. I am on day number 3 with no answer. Do keep in mind I have been calling multiple times a day from 9AM to 5PM ET. Seriously do not go with this company

These guys pulled through during an especially rough time. We needed a second mortgage as new immigrants in poor economic times, exhausted with the long process and endless documents but they were flexible and tried to make it as easy as possible. They were very professional even when we had sour moods and were on the verge of giving up. I highly appreciate what they have done for our family, being in an abnormal situation. And would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are rockstars! I worked with Zach and Johann and they were super helpful and professional. Basically, I had a very complicated income situation with my businesses that I own and I had been denied by multiple other banks and mortgage companies but Swift was able to help me get pre-approved and ultimately purchase my condo. I absolutely would not recommend Syndicate Mortgages for your refinance. I'm glad I didn't go through with them. They come to you with a good rate & lay out the closing costs at the beginning of the process like every loan company/broker does, but then they do not lock the rate whereas most places will lock the rate for 30 days. By the time you'r done with the paperwork, the rate has of course gone up and in this case, so did the closing costs (by double)!
