Very relible. Nothing is too much of an effort. Very interested in providing high quality support and advice.
Recently had some modifications to our caravan to make life in the caravan more enjoyable for my wife, with her current mobility issues. At the book in time Darren's experience in dealing with our requests was invaluable. For example, he raised the issue of raising the bed, which would not have been possible had we installed a helping handle where we thought we would like it to go.
