Absolutely wonderful experience at Swift Audiology. Dr. Lauren was extremely helpful and insured that I was fitted with the proper hearing devices. Only after a short period I can already notice the difference. This will truly improve my quality of life..

I wish I could write up one of those raving reviews—as most of they are, I'm glad to have to say—but I didn't even have the opportunity to use the service, owing to the performance of the receptionist on our first visit last week. Once your warranty is over they try to sell you a new pair of hearing aids instead of adjusting they ones you have. They send you home with a "try these" for two weeks. All I wanted is mine cleaned and adjusted. Then they give you a hard time about making an appointment to have them adjusted. This was my second pair through them and last. Never again. The receptionist had a horrible attitude. To clarify, I knew about the $30.00 for cleaning and $75.00 to get an adjustment. I had NO problem in paying that.
