I saw Tammy as a new patient and she was nothing but GREAT! She was so kind and patient and took time to explain everything to me to be sure I understood what she was saying. The office itself was very nice! And the receptionist was also great.

I have been going to Swift Audiology for 15 yrs. Tammy Swift is excellent. She takes time with you and makes sure you get the most out of your new hearing aids. Her equipment is top notch and they have the best hearing ads available. The staff is friendly and accommodating. You will receive reminders for your appointments. I tried using the benefits from my health insurance and went to one if their recommended providers. They only pay towards a mid level hearing aid. The office I went to had antiquated equipment. I’m so pleased that I picked Swift Audiology (Bethel Park location) for my new hearing aids. The team that worked with me (Tammy, Megan, and Melissa) couldn’t have been more pleasant and professional. I’m hearing everything now with the new devices, and it’s easy to tell what I was missing before. There are other choices you can consider when looking into hearing aids. You won’t go wrong if you go with Swift. They are terrific!
