Nice hearing aids, but the office hours are horrible for people who work 9-5. No evening or weekend hours are available.
Swift Audiology was incredible. My new hearing aids are a quantum leap above my old ones I can hear now like never before. The staff makes you feel so comfortable and understands your individual hearing problems. Thank you so much for the terrific help!!!!
I went to Swift Audiology for the works--a hearing test and new hearing because my current ones were acting up. Tammy Swift, the professional assigned to me, listened to my tale of woe about my current devices. She asked me whether I used a lot of hair spray. I do. She examined my current devices and showed me how to clean the parts of them that I had never been shown at my previous provider. Tammy, in the South Hills office, worked with me to make certain that I had the right hearing aids and that, over time, they were adjusted correctly to meet my needs. Thank you for your diligence.
While doing much needed yard work, I clumsily pulled my hearing aide apart while trying to put on hearing protection. I immediately went to Swift Audiology for help hoping to get this resolved in a week or two. After 20 minutes and a most pleasant visit with Tammy, the problem was solved! It can’t say enough nice things about Swift Audiology! They are always there to help! Thank you Swift Audiology!
