Worst experience ever. You need to be 100000% sure you want the vehicle you're purchasing if you buy one here. Once you drive it off the lot, that's it...it's yours. The service 'managers' are condescending and rude. They have no customer service skills at all. They only offer coffee or water while waiting for your car to be serviced.
