Honestly, Jason at Swickard Anchorage made getting my new GMC Arcadia a breeze! They were super helpful throughout the whole process, answering all my questions with a smile. I really appreciate how patient they were as I navigated the paperwork. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days. I'm absolutely loving my new ride and couldn't be happier with the experience.
Been waiting for over 1.5 years for a safety recall to be fixed. The safety risk is death to vehicle occupants. Still waiting for a call back after calling and visiting numerous times.
Made an appointment for a warranty issue only to be told it will be 30 days or more before they can even look at it. No loaners available Thats like making a dr appointment and waiting 30 days for the dr to show up. Horrible way to run a business Then sales insulted me with a low ball offer to trade it in. Because its broke. The truck is still covered by the factory warranty The truck hasn't even made it to 1 year old. Lifetime chevy owner however this will be my last chevy I will ever own 👎
It took them two weeks to complete a one-hour diagnostic—and it still wasn’t correct. I’m still dealing with the same issues. Between the $600 diagnostic fee and rental costs, I was ultimately told to just ignore the check engine light. Update: After speaking with the GM (who was apparently the first person to actually call my warranty company), I was told that the repair was covered.
