Arthur my tec was very nice funny . My car went in for an oil change but it was early and Arthur got me in and out. I will make my appt with him in the future
Matt took care of myself exceptionally well. Fixed 3 things on my car. Fast and super great communication. Their facility is top notch, great place to work on your computer and have snacks and coffee while your vehicle gets repaired. Highly recommended
Went for Hummer warranty service and complimentary car wash. I was asked to come on Wednesday after I came Saturday for regular 7k maintenance. I returned on Wednesday. I came at 8:30am made it clear I was there for warranty dashboard issue and the car wash as requested to do Saturday prior. My car dashboard was not fixed at all, still bent and not flush. Horrible experience at this GMC service center. We dropped our Yukon off for service, received zero calls back as to what was wrong with our vehicle, when it would be done, or anything like that. We were not offered a loaner or rental vehicle at all, and were later told that we should have been offered one upfront given the repairs were under warranty -- instead had to go without our car for the week.
