I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. I don't see a chiropractor often. I might need their services every 2 or 3 years. I was having some awful lower back issues and the chiropractor I had used had retired and moved. I asked around and ended up with an appointment with Dr Swick. He worked with me at the first appointment and then had me go for an x-ray of my back. At first I thought that was kind of a pain but he used it numerous times to stay on track with what we were accomplishing. He took the time to carefully explain what he was doing and why.
