Received a hand written letter in all caps with poor grammar from a Thomas Elrod, who works as a realtor for this company. The letter asks me if I am willing to sell my house to one of his clients. Very unprofessional and amateurish. It's like a fourth grader wrote the letter. Your better off seeking help selling your house from a McDonald's burger flipper.
BUYERS BEWARE! This company will not protect you as a buyer. Gina Mounce was the listing agent for a property that we were going to buy. The disclosure document misrepresented a major issue making the agent and company guilty of fraudulent misrepresentation. We only found out the true situation upon talking with the home owner behind the property and the county inspector. Due diligence won’t be returned and court action will cost as much to right the wrong. Totally unethical! Lynn Slaten
