Worse bar and staff i ever been to in Cleveland. I wasted my new years here & the bar tender Tiffany is horrible very unprofessional. At least 40yrs old with missing teeth arguing about wings that took 45min as if thats normal or its wrong for a person to ask about it. I recommend you go literally anywhere else. Happy 2018
The server was extremely unknowledgeable about the specials and lacked attention to detail when it comes to his guests. Never came to do refills. My appetizer & entree both came out cold. I informed him once, he paid it no mind. Once I asked him for a box and to speak with the manager he THEN becomes concerned with why I didn’t eat a single thing off of my plate.
