2nd Saturday I've been to the Hawkins location, in 2 weeks. 2nd time they got my to go order wrong. First time I got home they gave me potato teasers instead of potato puffs. This Saturday they just didn't put the potato puffs in the bag at all. They did put the ranch dressing in the bag, not sure why I needed it without the puffs. Everything else was great. Guess if I ever stop at the Hawkins location again, I will check my order closer.
I had the worst service I've ever had here tonight the galley boy was dry tasted like pepper got the wrong barbeque sauce half of cup of ranch it was just upsetting

So disappointing. I've been eating Swenson'S cheeseburgers since I was a little girl, many decades ago. So after a winter in Florida, we were eager for the familiarity of home. No such luck. I actually had to lift the bin to becdute there was a burger in there. The cheese was like Velveeta. The bun was much like I remember. The ketchup for the fries was soupy and bitter. What happened to my Swrnsons burger.? After more than 50 years of the best burgers... not sure I'll go back. Please don't mess with what was success.
We order$45dollars of food tipped the server $10 dollars got home and our food order was wrong so disappointed
